Japan seems of great interest to commenteers in the respect that their many advances in technology and computing prove it to be some sort of portal into or from the future.

Japan is also a centre of many insane cultural phenomena, such as toilet-themed restaurants where the customer sits on a toilet and eats food deliberately shaped like poo. Manga is also an insane feature of Japanese culture whereby insane worlds which defy all known laws of physics are explored quite frequently.

When psychedelics are considered in conjunction with Japan, street dealers quite often will offer potential customers insane and rare designer drugs such as 5-MeO-DiPT or bk-MBDB, and possibly more insane chemicals that have just been invented, as opposed to cocaine or other pyongogens which are more common street chemicals.

It is worth noting that psilocybin-containing mushrooms are legal to sell in Japan (whereas spitting on the street and marijuana isn't). Most headshops will sell muchrooms, and it is not uncommon to find people selling psychoactive mushrooms on the street like people sell fake watches in many other cities.

It is clear from the images shown right that Tokyo has an insane amount of neon lights, television screens everywhere, video conference payphones on street corners and is clearly the future.
