Meeting on Sunday

There's another meeting on Sunday in the style of the last one. Details are sketchy at best but it will probably be after 1pm and powered by coolness. New Website - New Direction

Hello, so we have finally registered with Hosting365 and have an account there. 2.5GB of space and 25 GB of monthly transfer, which is literally 25 times as good as our current setup. and Currently I am waiting on the payment for the domain transfer to go through to them, so probably by Monday we will have a new website. Don't expect it to be finished till the following weekend though. I have decided to go with Joomla, the integrated Content Management System rather than integrating a wiki and a forum myself manually as my PHP isn't up to enough even after trying to spend the summer polishing it enough to do that. Oh well. At any rate, we should have a (hopefully spam free) wiki (DokuWiki) with content copied from the old one, a forum (an entirely new one, probably PhpBB2). The new website is accessible, however, this is through a dodgy address which you can get from me if you really want. At the moment it's just the default Joomla page. I will be inviting one or two people to come back here with me to work on the website after the meeting on Sunday if they so wish. Indeed. A big three cheers to hostingireland.ie who have hosted us for the last year and a half, and have proved extremely helpful and great.
