05/06/2006: "Insane electric death knife invented"
The Shockknife has been invented and is going on sale. Apparently its the "the Only training knife that can induce FEAR". It runs on a 9-volt battery and "does not have the ability to cut. The shock will not cause permanent injury or incapacitation.". It costs $499 and apparently hurts just as much as a real knife. Here is a Video of it in action (MPG, 5.6 MB).
